This means that you won’t have to dig through public records, looking for whispers and hints of past evictions and rental indiscretions. When you order Basic Tenant Screening, we’ll comb through court records for you and display what we find in a concise report. This new report will save you the hassle of a manual search and free up hours of your week for more productive activities.
Evictions information is added to a tenant screening profile that already includes a credit score, credit history, and criminal and background check that searches a variety of national registries.

You sent a second message to us loud and clear: You want to know the status of the screening from the moment you say “go” until the moment you have a report to review. We’ve added two new statuses:
1. Waiting for report generation lets you know that the applicant has created an account and begun the process.
2. Applicant input required lets you know that your applicant needs to contact TransUnion SmartMove to finish up the process.
Basic Tenant Screening is ideal for smaller property managers who want to use the same tools that larger and more established shops have at their disposal. For property managers with more than 100 units, you might benefit from becoming a Premium Tenant Screening customer.
