On November 15-16, in Boston, we’re bringing together the property management community to learn together, network, problem solve and collectively find new ways to elevate the industry.
What is PM Nation?
PM Nation is a first of its kind experience. At the event, 500 passionate and motivated property managers, like yourself, will discuss how to elevate property management with technology that solves real problems—the concerns and challenges that keep you up at night—and then learn how to apply that technology on the spot.
We’ll achieve this by focusing on how to pair powerful property management software and tools with human empathy (which has always been the superpower of property managers!). PM Nation is first and foremost our shared community, and the conference’s structure reflects that.
What You’ll Experience
The highlights? Tech strategist and futurist Crystal Washington will discuss embracing technology for purpose, problem solving and creating better experiences. SVP Mike Mauseth, from our parent company, RealPage, will also take the stage to offer an early look into our latest industry intelligence and share what’s on horizon for the industry as we look into 2022. Our Product Team leaders will reveal the new and excited features on the Buildium and Propertyware product roadmaps.
But PM Nation is ultimately about giving property managers the knowledge and access they need to advance their business and career. Call us nerds, but we believe property management becomes easier, goals more attainable, and processes more scalable with technology. At the event we’re providing spaces for hands-on learning and the opportunity to immediately apply the tools and tips you’ll explore.
You’ll be able to pick up and practice new skills on site with 1:1 training lessons and interactive stations to see Buildium and Propertyware technology in action, along with a selection of hand-picked tech vendors to consult with and shop from.
Session Overview
Every session will be interactive, and each speaker will be imminently accessible for one-on-one conversations, with free “office hours” at our dedicated Speakers Lounge. Sessions will span several tracks relevant to your business, including:
