Keeping track of cash balances to make sure you don’t violate trust accounting rules can be a real challenge. Let Buildium help you by warning you when the cash balance for a given rental owner or property is in danger of falling below zero.
Go to Admin > Settings > Accounting Settings and select the type of warning you’d like to receive. Buildium will then warn you if you try to pay bills for a rental owner or property without enough available cash.
